Jina is a small business with a team of 1 and as such doesn't have an army of staff. That being said she is always happy to make sure your orders arrive for when you need them. She aims to have your orders with you within 5-7 business days if not sooner. All our orders are now sent by Royal Mail Tracked services so keep an eye out for your tracking information on email and/or text.  

 

If you need your order quickly or by a specific date please use the 'Add a note' option to let Jina know. Please note that in particularly busy periods like Christmas or when Jina is at a show, orders may take a little longer whilst she deals with the volume. Jina is passionate about what she creates and hopes you love your items as much as she does.
