If you have any questions please get in touch via the contact. We hope that all the information you need is available on this site but if not we are happy to fill in the gaps. As more questions come in this section will be updated to contain that information.
We hope you like your products from us, however if you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt and provided the item is undamaged and unused we will issue you with a full refund. Please contact us first before returning the item.
Should by some misfortune your item arrive damaged please get in touch with us using the information in the contact page and we can arrange either a refund or replacement where applicable. We will require photos of the damage to any packaging and the item in order to place a claim with the courier.
If you wish to cancel an order contact us as soon as possible and if your order hasn't been fulfilled we shall issue you with a full refund. If your order is already on its way to you, you would need to return the items before any refund would be processed.

You are welcome to view the contents of the Website for personal use, but not for any commercial purposes or re-publication. Nor are you permitted to print or distribute these materials. We welcome the information being shared via social media but please ensure that all credits are given to Jina Gelder Illustration.
All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale, however if you are a business and would like to sell our products please get in touch for a trade brochure and price list.
2. Ordering from Jina Gelder Illustration:
You are considered to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an automated order acknowledgement, which details the products you have ordered and the payment that was taken at time of order.
An order may be refused when either: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.
Orders can take 2-5 working days to dispatch and at busy times can take up to 7 working days. In some cases there is a bespoke nature to the products and they may take a little longer to produce. You will be kept up to date if this is the case. Should you require your items by a specific deadline contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases a further postal charge may be incurred.
